We have used insure and go previously and were happy with their cover. Although not having to claim anything we felt that the interview and subsequent quote was both attractive and timely. I would recommend this company to my friends and will use them again for our planned trip next year.

Easy to apply online, great options for level of cover, including being able to select natural disaster cover option for a reasonably priced option add on. I have used Insure and Go for several years now due to flexible medical conditions add on. However that can possibly be said for many travel insurance companies, so those reasons are not enough to give a top rating. However...although luckily I have not had to claim for the medical cover, I did have a recent overseas holiday small accommodation cancellation claim that was addressed and paid promptly. Thanks to Amira and other Insure and Go staff, who advised and helped me process my claim successfully and quickly. That's why they deserve a good rating, for service that follows through more than just selling you something.

I have used InsureandGo many times in the past and have two current policies with them for trips this year.
I have not had to make a claim so far, but the process to book with them is easy and quick, not confusing or time consuming. All the information is easy to access and easy to find, the policy appears to cover everything I require, I would happily recommend the company if you are looking for a good coverage, easy to navigate online travel policy.

Jumped on to grab some insurance for an upcoming trip. A friend said check this site out and boy !! How easy and very very competitive these guys are. Within minutes I had my policy certificate to save and share with travel agent ( who was sooo much dearer) I'll use InsureandGo again !!!
